No, that script contains syntax that doesn't work with Python 3:

> File "../tools/glib-signals-marshal-gen.py", line 49
>    print 'VOID:' + ','.join(rhs)
>                ^
> SyntaxError: invalid syntax

This one change alone is so fundamental that you should assume that almost no python-2 code will run under python-3 without changes....
