sysutils/dtpstree-1.0.3.diff

Updated MASTER_SITES from apt.douglasthrift.net and code.douglasthrift.net =
to
dl1.douglasthrift.net and dl2.douglasthrift.net. Removed obsolete MAN1 macr=
o.

portlint: OK (0 fatal errors and 1 warning found.)
testport: OK (poudriere: 103i386, 103amd64)

The warning is:

  WARN:
/usr/local/poudriere/ports/svnhead/sysutils/dtpstree/files/patch-dtpstree.c=
pp:
patch was not generated using ``make makepatch''. It is recommended to use
``make makepatch'' when you need to [re-]generate a patch to ensure proper
patch format.

The patch hasn't changed and is working as is, so I don't see a need to
regenerate it.
