>Description:
Since I upgraded to 8.0, it seems that hald is preventing access
to my DVD/CD drive. I used to be able to simple start
sound-juicer and record a new CD with no trouble, but since I
have been running 8.0 nothing works. When I try to start
sound-juicer, it spoends over a minute doing something, then
reports that no CD is available. I havent changed anything
configuration wise, but it doesn't work. When looking at hald,
using lshal, it shows that hald can find BOTH /dev/cd0 and
/vde/acd0. Is it just confused between them? How should I set
up everything to make sure that hald can correctly find the
devices and report them back to the applications? How do I
	resolve the problems with hald?
>How-To-Repeat:
Try to run sound-juicer -- either command-line or menu.
