Once again, *no*. Linprocfs is not a real filesystem. If you'd
suggested sys/miscfs, I'd halfway agree with you (in fact, that's
where I originally imported it) but only halfway as linprocfs is
*definitely* a compatibility thing, and belongs in sys/compat
alongside the Linuxulator.

BTW, the fact that linprocfs does not currently depend on the
Linuxulator doesn't mean it never will.
