What is with the JDK port? I did a make install, but the executables
(javac, etc) were just left in the ports tree instead of being put
somewhere in usr/local. And when I try and run javac, I get a perpetual
string of uname errors, because the java wrapper script us trying to use a
-p option that doesn't exist. Also, no man pages or apparently any
documentation at all.

Did I miss a step somewhere? I've never had a port that, well, wasn't a
port but just a copy of someone's code, not apparently patched for
FreeBSD.
