im running zope 2.3.3 on freeBSD 4.2 = STABLE -=20 #0, when i run zope's start script manually (or my = /usr/local/etc/rc.d/zope.sh -=20 manually), i get the following messages:
Aug 17 20:03:54 vertigo syslogd: = /var/run/utmp: Too=20 many open files in system
Aug 17 = 20:03:54 vertigo=20 /kernel: file: table is full
Aug=20 17 20:03:55 vertigo last message repeated 4 = times
 
the odd thing is that despite the errors, zope starts, and runs=20 great.  if the script runs at bootup, zope doesnt start, even tho = the=20 script completes, and no error returns.

"uname -a" returns:
