Usually it's nice to get that whole chunk of log about R128 from around there. Do you have the drm-kmod port installed? What does your kldstat say? The port must be installed for the DRI to work. I'm not sure if my laptop's specifically the MF, but I have had two Rage128s working, for -stable and -current.
