Hello Pawel, Thanks, everything solved. There was a problem with 'reusing' tap(4) interface. While tapclose() zeroes IFF_RUNNING flag, tapopen() does not set it back to 1. I am not sure if it is bug or feature, but taking a quick look on code in the latest revision shows the same.
