just got convert-ip-db to work:

search-n-replace DB_File with BerkeleyDB

and change the tie function to:

    tie(%input, "BerkeleyDB::Btree", -Filename => $dbfile)
        || die "$0: Can't read $dbfile: $!\n";

and she works ...
