I once tried to do exactly that. The result can be found in the "isdnphone"
utility from the i4b tar-ball and in -current.

I doubt this will run out of the box since it was done in the middle of 
FreeBSD updating to yet another sound driver and my sound-card-programming-
capabilities are rather limited ;-)

No. I doubt this will ever be possible.
