You don't happen to have uhci0 sharing irq 11 with re0 do you? After I
took usb support out of the kernel, I had no trouble with watchdog
timeouts (or at least not that I've noticed). However, requests for
interface status fail. ifconfig re0 will not show the current media
selection and the link status is missing. The kernel will seeminly panic
randomly on shutdown -p while trying to detach re0.

Unfortuantly, it doesn't seem like many people are interested in trying
to help figure this one out :-(.
