That's why libxul never was updated to 1.9.2.10: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/buglist.cgi?quicksearch=ALL%20status1.9.2%3A.10-fixed The security vulnerabilities mentioned in VuXML are fixed with 1.9.2.11 but unfortunately the distfile for 1.9.2.11 is still not available: ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/xulrunner/releases/ So we have to wait until the distfile is available and then we could update libxul to a newer version.
