Portaudit does this:  
# portaudit -Fa 
auditfile.tbz                                 100% of   46 kB 6001 kBps
portaudit: Database too old.

Portsnap does this:
# portsnap fetch

Cowardly refusing to downgrade from Thu Dec 27 08:10:58 PST 2007
