	Hacking the resolver is *not* the correct fix.

	Fixing applications which fail to use getaddrinfo()
	is the first step.  Fixing any problem which make
	AI_ADDRCONFIG fail to work is the the second step.

	Yes it is more work but it is the correct thing to
	do.
