lang/tcl86 and lang/tcl86-thread rely on and conflict with
lang/tcl-modules. because the lang/tcl-modules version is 8.5.
In fact, tcl86 doesn't need lang/tcl-modules any more because the modules
are default of tcl8.6.

building of x11-toolkits/tk86 stops:

checking for gcc... gcc
checking for C compiler default output file name... configure: error: C
compiler cannot create executables
See `config.log' for more details.
===> Script "configure" failed unexpectedly.

Maybe because tk86 relys on gcc, I have build the world and kernel
WITHOUT_GCC.
