Looking over the FreeBSD cheat sheet on how to do a make world it says
to edit my /etc/make.conf and add these in:
CFLAGS= -O -pipe
COPTFLAGS= -O -pipe
NOPROFILE= true
USA_RESIDENT= YES

Noow I have no idea what CFLAGS COPTFLAGS and NOPROFILe is. Will someone
please explain this to me
