security/gnupg/ includes utmp.h but doesn't really use it.  As a result,
the recent utmpx code breaks gnupg on 9.0-CURRENT.

The following patch file in security/gnupg/files/patch-tools::symcryptrun.c
fixes the build on CURRENT (but I've only tested on CURRENT, older branches
may want an exception).
