It will require a special SCSI peripheral driver. It is not possible to support the device through the sa driver, so it does not make sense to modify it to use immediate commands. Some people are working on and off on support for the drive. If you are interested in developing the driver for it, let Mike Smith know. He seems to have documentation for it or knows where to get it IIRC. Hope this helps.
