I just realized I said 'world', where I meant 'buildworld'. I
accidentally split those words up to form a proper sentence in the
subject line.

I've been investigating some more at the problem. It appears that the
#define TableSize macro is not expanded (as are some others). The top
header file says something like:

#define TableSize	%TableSize%

That doesn't look right...
