Hi, Recent work has determines that ESXi 6.7 works much better with the FreeBSD= NFS server for NFSv4.1 than ESXi 6.5 does. (Once a patch not yet in head/curren= t is committed.) I don't think support for ESXi 6.5 for NFSv4.1 is practical. ESXi 6.5 can u= se NFSv3 or iSCSI to use a FreeBSD server. Apparently ESXi 6.7 will only work on newer hardware and I was just wonderi= ng if there is anyone negatively impacted by only supporting ESXi6.7 for NFSv4= .1? Thanks for your comments, rick
