Hi!

I am currently struggling to update a port, and need help
from some experienced porter.

I am working on ports/biology/emboss, all stuff and notes is
currently at:
<http://genoma.unsam.edu.ar/~fernan/freebsd/emboss.html>;

EMBOSS itself builds and installs OK, however, there are
some packages that are distributed separately that have some
problems during installation of some libraries.

The errors I get are all similar, though they occur in
several of the extra packages:
/bin/sh ../../../mkinstalldirs /var/tmp/port_test/lib
/bin/sh ../libtool --mode=install ../install  libmeme.la /var/tmp/port_test/lib/libmeme.la
../install .libs/libmeme.so.2 /var/tmp/port_test/lib/libmeme.so.2
eval: ../install: not found

Again, the output of the build and install session and my
notes are in the above URL.

Please leave me a note if you can help me with this.

Thanks in advance,

Fernan
