One thing of possible note:

Failing . . .

Host OSVERSION: 1500006
Jail OSVERSION: 1500014

and, more recently,

Host OSVERSION: 1500006
Jail OSVERSION: 1500015

But the most recent working had . . .

Host OSVERSION: 1500006
Jail OSVERSION: 1500014

So, if it is a FreeBSD problem, it seems to have started during 1500014 =
