Processes do not even hang when system is booting/spinning up.

On my router project, I've running asterisk13 on a small appliance. Startin=
g asterisk
with "service asterisk start" starts the service, but then, stopping the se=
rvice calling
"service asterisk stop" reports

Asterisk ending (0).

but the process is still running as top reveals:

This is weird :-(

kill -9 1352 works. Finally.
