I, too, tried pfdisk, but it wouldn't work for me.  I have a DOS partition
on the disk, 1.3 gigs DOS, 2 gigs BSD.  What baffles me is that it worked
until I changed motherboards, which would seem to exonerate the disk
geometry, though I've tried fixing that to no avail.
