My system: FreeBSD slackbox.xs4all.nl 5.4-STABLE FreeBSD 5.4-STABLE #0:=20 Wed Aug 10 20:25:45 CEST 2005=20 rsmith@slackbox.xs4all.nl:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/RFS amd64 I tried a USB keydrive first: umass0: vendor 0x1005 USB Flash Drive, rev 2.00/1.00, addr 2 da0 at umass-sim0 bus 0 target 0 lun 0 da0: Removable Direct Access SCSI-0 device=20 da0: 1.000MB/s transfers da0: 61MB (126973 512 byte sectors: 64H 32S/T 61C) Mounted OK. Deleting and adding files OK. Files checked with md5. Next I tried a compactflash card, in a SanDisk SDDR-31 reader: umass0: SanDisk Corporation ImageMate CompactFlash USB, rev 1.10/0.09, addr= 2 umass0: Get Max Lun not supported (STALLED) da0 at umass-sim0 bus 0 target 0 lun 0 da0: Removable Direct Access SCSI-2 device=20 da0: 1.000MB/s transfers da0: 61MB (125441 512 byte sectors: 64H 32S/T 61C) I got some errors here: (da0:umass-sim0:0:0:0): READ(10). CDB: 28 0 0 1 ea 0 0 0 1 0=20 (da0:umass-sim0:0:0:0): CAM Status: SCSI Status Error (da0:umass-sim0:0:0:0): SCSI Status: Check Condition (da0:umass-sim0:0:0:0): MEDIUM ERROR asc:0,0 (da0:umass-sim0:0:0:0): No additional sense information This error was repeated a couple of times.
