I want to change the environment and hence I liked to go for FreeBSD. I installed it in my laptop through DVD. After installation when I booted, the login prompt comes in text mode (where I want in graphical mode). However, when I typed 'startx' in root mode, it changes to the graphical mode but it halts with 3 consoles. I am unable to do anything. If you kindly help me to get out of this problem and enjoy using FreeBSD, I will be grateful to you. Regards Deepak >How-To-Repeat: >Fix: >Release-Note: >Audit-Trail: >Unformatted:
