I'm assuming you're referring to IBM DB/2, in which case I believe
the Linux version works under FreeBSD. If you're just looking
for an alternative, I would recommend PostgreSQL.
/usr/ports/databases/postgresql or http://www.postgresql.org

MySQL is another popular alternative, but if you're used to a feature
rich RDBMS like DB/2, you'll probably be more comfortable with
PostgreSQL than MySQL. They carry different licenses too, which you
should read and be aware of.
