Thanks for your hint. Actually I have to use something like
# env LDFLAGS=-L/usr/include/lib ./configure
or
# ./configure LDFLAGS=-L/usr/include/lib
I found these things described in
# man make

I think I can work out the rest on my own
	- sooner or later :-)
