This was Greg Lewis. And i think he is right. I've clearly overlooked, that
wesnoth 1.13.0 is a development release.

Therefore its better to stay with the 1.12.x line, which is the official st=
able
release line.

I will create another PR for this change. The fix of 1.13.0 should be done
also.
