 I'm too lazy to pull-out uudecode (shar people! shar! :).  The
 3rd word from the left, however, suggests that it does indeed
 contain the string "xtris", which is what the person who closed
 the pr last time was complaining about. 
 
 The skeleton Makefile for RESTRICTED ports is still distributed
 by Walnut Creek, so if it contains a trademark, they can still
 get in trouble.
