Thats what I get for doing anything at 1:00AM. We use the SPDX license list as a canonical source for license identifiers and names. Therefore the license ID should be "PostgreSQL" and it should be named "PostgreSQL License". In the past I've asked that the entire ID be uppercased. Since they consider the license to be X11 / BSD it falls under FSF GPL. OSI considers this open source so it gains OSI. Copyfree considers this free so it gains COPYFREE.
