Fixed in rev 1.6 of send-pr.sh.  REPLY_TO or REPLYTO from the
environment now get precedence over LOGNAME for the Reply-To
address.

The domainname will be added by the mail transport if necessary, btw.

PRs 1472 and 1823 were basically dup's for 1471.
