Now that I have subscribed to an ISP that assignes dynamic IP
addresses, I want to set up my Apache and run it.

My puzzle is: do I need to talk to ISP about routing traffic to my
machine? I know I need to configure my machine accordingly but there must
be something missing...

I still cannot ping my address from outside world. It feels to me like my
address is not recognized or something.

Very disappointed,

Nick
