Um, I will have to make sure, but my understanding is that src/crypto
on freefall (at least) is US-only, so that should be ok. Anyone who
wants to grab the SRA stuff from that University in Germany and add
it to an international equivalent would be welcome to do so. I can
provide a server for interoperability testing (but I probably can't
help any more than that).
