So my question is: how important, and for what reason, is the= urging to go into single-user mode? On my remote server, I can assure= that I am the only person logged in, I just cannot get into single-user= mode. Will the 'make installworld' and 'mergemaster' steps not work properly in= my scenario? Thanks.
