Did the configuration of the web server change (locale, date config)? That '2002' is expected at the end. If this problem persists, it might be better to recode the script a bit so that a 'minor' failure in it doesn't make the whole build void. I have a little bit, very dated knowledge of tcl, if nobody else with a better knowledge's available... but the exact problem should be found, for anybody to be able to solve it.
