Hi All, I have a typo/syntax error in my /etc/rc.conf file, and I am now locked out of my system. I don't know how to get back in and edit the file. The kernel lets me run a shell but the root partition is mounted as read-only. Can somebody tell me how I can mount the drive and correct the typo? I tried running a "fixit" session from the live filesystem on CD 2 of the distribution set,but it won't let me run the mount command. Help please !! thanks in advance, Len Huppe To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
