Oops.  I didn't mean to "Reply to All" to jmg's note, and wasn't able to
stop pine in time.  (Picture that IBM commercial with the guy frantically
looking for the "Unsend" button).

I made a patch for -STABLE a while back.  I'll bring it up to date and
submit it soon.
