You'll have to mount the DOS partition, copy over the file (restoring the
name),then use pkg_add package.tgz to install it.

To mount a DOS partition:

mount -t msdos /dev/wd0s1 /mnt

For extended partitions, use slice numbers >4.  Ie, for the first logical
disk:

mount -t msdos /dev/wd0s5 /mnt

This assumes your DOS disk is on your first IDE drive and is running
FAT16.
