How do you shutdown your machine:

a) reboot or halt
b) shutdown -r now

If a) the /entropy file is not updated and the existing one will be used at
next reboot. Only when using shutdown the /etc/rc.shutdown file will be 
executed. That was a problem for me, as I often use "halt".
