Subject:   timespecmul() has no implemention?

  On my 3.3 system, <sys/time.h> defines timespecmul() (only if KERNEL is
defined). However, 'grep -R timespecmul /usr/src/*' reveals absolutely no
references to the symbol, not even an implementation. I must be missing
something, because that is definately odd.
