There's a set of ipfw rules on http://people.freebsd.org/~keramida/files/.
Nothing too fancy, just the usual "here's my firewall, you can have it too"
stuff.  Check the file called 'ipfw.rules'.

The countless examples of ipfw/ipfilter setups posted on the FreeBSD lists
might also help you :-)
