Let's try this again... Do the following steps to see whether or not things work: 1. Open up a terminal. 2. Do: export LD_LIBRARY_PATH="/usr/local/lib:/usr/local/lib/x11amp/Input/"; x11amp does this work? If so, proceed to 3. 3. Do: export LD_LIBRARY_PATH="/usr/local/lib"; x11amp does this work? These are tests to eliminate potential runtime linker issues with compiled apps. Thanks, -Garrett
