Ummm... maybe it was setting hw.snd.verbose=3D4 twice
that made it take then?  I remember getting the same
result setting it the first time, added -w and it took.
-w is not listing in my 6.x man page, have the 7.x
laptop running MSW now to do some USB protocol analysis.
Will be reloading 7 this weekend and will try it
again.
