cd /usr/src/sys/<arch>/conf 
make LINT 

Voila! An old-school LINT file with all the kernel config options listed. :) 

A better read, though, are the NOTES files: 
/usr/src/sys/conf/NOTES (arch independent options) 
/usr/src/sys/<arch>/conf/NOTES (arch dependent options)
