OK, looking more closely at the script, that might not be possible either, since it looks like it rebuilds shred from its source (?) But you might be able to get around this by replacing all occurances of 'shred' with 'gshred' in the script, or modifying the fileutils port so that 'shred' is installed as 'shred', not 'gshred', or something... -Chris
