How long is forever?  10 seconds?  30 seconds?  five minutes?

...and if that is the problem, and you are running 1.4unoff4, applying the
patch available at
ftp://ftp.math.psu.edu/pub/INN/patches/apb-stream-prio.patch could
possibly help.
