	You don't mention which notebook this is for.  I've got a Dell
Inspiton 7500 with this sound card in it.  I know others have pointed
you to the drivers for this, but that driver doesn't enable the
internal speakers on the 7500.  Someone else came up with a patch to
the driver that others have already pointed you to.  I put up copies
of the driver and the patch on my site.
