Hi.  Please address such questions to questions@freebsd.org in the
future since this is actually just a web site feedback address for the
maintainers, thanks!

And to answer your question, edit /etc/rc.conf and search for the
"hostname" keyword.  "man rc.conf" if you need more help with this.
