Hi,

Sorry if I send this mail to wrong place.

I installed FreeBSD 8.2-release onto my SunFire280r and I installed
boost-libs without any problem. devel/binutils and lang/gcc are
versioned from ports.

To compile it I commented out the "BROKEN" line in the Makefile:

.if ${ARCH} == "sparc64"
# BROKEN= Does not compile on sparc64: invokes i386 assembler
.endif

The package is working properly.

Can I ask to remove the "BROKEN" status from sparc64?

Cheers,
Tibor
